2. PREAMBLE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) define the terms and conditions under which the Hotel offers its customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) the reservation and provision of accommodation services.
Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
The Customer declares that they:

are acting for personal purposes,

are of legal age,
-
have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the reservation.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Hotel exclusively offers:
-
hotel accommodation services,
-
with or without optional services depending on the offer (e.g. breakfast).
The essential characteristics of the rooms, prices, availability dates, and applicable conditions are presented during the reservation process.
4. RESERVATION PROCESS
Reservations may be made:
-
via the Hotel’s website,
-
by telephone,
-
by email.
A reservation becomes firm and final after:
-
validation of the information provided by the Customer,
-
acceptance of these GTC,
-
and, where applicable, provision of a credit card as a guarantee or full payment.
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer once the reservation is validated.
5. PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding tourist tax.
The tourist tax, set by the City of Paris, is payable on site during the stay.
Prices are valid only for the dates and conditions indicated at the time of reservation.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Accepted methods of payment are:

credit cards,
-
cash.
Depending on the rate booked:
-
the stay may be fully prepaid,
-
or guaranteed by credit card and paid on site.
The Hotel reserves the right to request an identity document at the time of payment.
7. GUARANTEE – PRE-AUTHORIZATION
For certain reservations, a credit card may be required as a guarantee.
The Hotel reserves the right to carry out a credit card pre-authorization upon arrival to guarantee payment for the stay or any additional charges.
This pre-authorization does not constitute a charge.
8. CANCELLATION – MODIFICATION – NO-SHOW
8.1 Cancellation
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate booked and are specified at the time of reservation.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date at 12:00 noon,
-
in the event of late cancellation, the first night will be charged.
8.2 Non-refundable rates
Non-refundable reservations:
-
cannot be modified or cancelled,
-
the total amount remains due.
8.3 No-show
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation:
-
the first night will be charged,
-
the remainder of the stay will be cancelled without refund.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer does not benefit from a right of withdrawal for accommodation services provided on a specific date.
10. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.
Any unauthorized late departure may result in the charge of an additional night.
11. HOUSE RULES AND BEHAVIOUR
The Hotel is entirely non-smoking.
The Customer agrees to:
-
respect the peace and safety of the establishment,
-
avoid causing any damage,
-
comply with the house rules.
Any inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate eviction without refund.
12. LIABILITY
The Hotel cannot be held liable for:
-
personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged,
-
unless they have been expressly deposited at the reception desk.
The Customer is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or by persons accompanying them.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
The Hotel shall not be held liable for any failure to perform resulting from a force majeure event as defined by French case law.
14. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected are necessary for managing reservations.
They are processed in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR).
15. APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES
These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact the Hotel in order to seek an amicable solution.
Failing this, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
